Sushi, our beautiful Jersey milk cow, and Annuet, our beautiful Appalachian milkmaid, have teamed up to produce a variety of the farm's greatest cheeses and butter.

 

These include, but are not limited to, mozzarella, cream cheese, bleu cheese, and farmhouse cheese.

Recently, we cut into Louise, a beautiful cheddar, and she wasn't half bad!
