We keep Scottish Highland cattle for 3 reasons. They are the greatest foragers of the bovine family, they are very gentle of disposition, and they produce very high-quality beef. Currently, we have a small herd of purebred and crossbred highland cattle, along with a Jersey milk cow and a Holstein milk cow.
